I understand that the self-check-in process can be challenging for older people. I have therefore instructed my staff to actively offer you support if needed. In addition, in July 2024, we will introduce a new self-check-in system with a user-friendly touchscreen and larger font, which will also have a privacy filter to better protect your personal data.

Unfortunately, the waiting area cannot be expanded due to space restrictions. Nevertheless, it is important to us that every patient is allowed to bring an accompanying person. I have also taken your comments about the confusion in the treatment room very seriously.
