Financing is not as simple as one might think. Many things play a big role of which one is not even aware.
My husband was with Mr. Wenzel to a preliminary discussion to look at all what you can finance. We got very good examples of calculations and will definitely use them for a possible implementation.
We thank you for the comprehensive advice and will gladly come back to you for the right house.
