I commissioned Kay Malek and his team for an acquisition project. The goal was to call an address list in order to generate appointments with potential prospects. I was absolutely overwhelmed by how quickly and professionally the whole thing was implemented - after just a few days my appointment calendar was full.
You can feel Kay's years of sales experience. I would especially like to emphasize the professional way of working. Kay showed me how best to set up such a sales process, which tools to work with and how to scale the whole thing in the long term.
I can highly recommend Kay Malek and his team and it will certainly not be the last time I work with him - simply top!

I would recommend the Einmalek.de coaching to anyone who is coming into contact with (cold) acquisition for the first time.

The coaching is optimal to get a counterpart who lures you out of your comfort zone and explains the knowledge directly on your own use case. In contrast to many online trainings and videos, you get directly into the implementation.

The quick feedback gives you confidence and shows that everyone "only" boils with water.

Another plus point is that the implementation is adapted to your own nature. So you don't have to become an 0815 salesman, but can keep your own manner and thereby score points with customers. It just feels natural when you don't have to bend for the sale (and the counterpart feels that).

For us, it's a win-win situation --> learning while working and working while learning. The "aha" moment is not long in coming.

Kay's coaching is worth its weight in gold - not only in terms of increased sales, but also personal growth. Cold calling and cold calling were absolute hate topics for me. Working with Kay, I've learned that it's not the cold calling that's the problem, it's how I approach it. Once you have directional guidance and a real partner on your side (and not just generic tips from off-the-wall Yotutube videos) then suddenly the appointments start working. After months of trying cold calling with no results, I had 3 appointments on the calendar on the first day of coaching. Kay is simply a great guy who is there for you and gets his hands dirty with you and also gives feedback at short notice in WhatsApp when it's burning - I can absolutely recommend him and his coaching at any time!

We commissioned Mr. Malek to establish contacts with potential customers via cold calling. As a web agency, we had no previous experience with this sales strategy and were initially skeptical as to whether this would be effective for us.

Mr. Malek convinced us with relevant experience, the presentation of our advantages and his positive charisma.

On the basis of a joint target group definition, it became apparent after a short time that Mr. Malek was able to deliver exactly what he promised us: direct contacts to interested companies and meetings at the decision-making level. Within a very short time, we were able to contact various companies on site and present ourselves to them.

Mr. Malek works fast, reliable and structured. In addition, he convinces with the necessary hard and soft skills as well as cross-industry experience in sales.
