Werner Schmidt

For a long time, I was looking for a community like the FertigungsFlow-InsiderClub (FF-IC) without really realizing it. When I found the club, it was as if I had discovered a missing piece of the puzzle. The opportunity to talk on an equal footing about topics that constantly present new challenges in my own field of work was a revelation. There is no competition in the FF-IC, but rather an open yet confidential exchange between like-minded people.
Werner plays a key role in this - he moderates our discussions so skillfully that the unique climate of the club is maintained and each of us has the chance to develop further. This platform is exactly what I was looking for and I am very grateful to be a part of it.

In short: "From practice, for practice!" I enjoy our club, important topics are dealt with well here and the colorful mix of production managers from different industries means that there is something for everyone every time. The great moderation by Werner Schmidt rounds off the whole thing perfectly. I don't have to cut the hour out of my ribs and I enjoy the human approach, far away from empty phrases, key figures and benchmarks, it's always about soft skills and approaches and ways that really help. If you're not here, you're missing out.

Werner is a very pleasant coach, there is no boredom, as in many other trainings. Werner conducts his training sessions with a lot of passion and energy, so that you are literally carried away.
Anyone who has not had the opportunity to experience a training with Werner is missing out :)

Mr. Schmidt convinces with his "relaxed" and yet professional manner and thus brings the seminar content across in a lively manner. The seminars are very easy to understand with many practical examples and exercises.

I had a seminar with Mr. Schmidt about leadership training for shift and production managers.
It was my first with him and I must say it was really great.
He brings the content across with many examples and group work very funny and sympathetic.

So in all respects on absolute top level and humorously designed

I really appreciated the professional and well-structured approach to the topics.
Especially the topics and questions of the participants were answered without neglecting other topics.

He has and always keeps me going. He is there when I need him. It's great that he exists. I drive hundreds of kilometers for him. And every meter is worth it.
