Wetag Consulting has an excellent reputation in the market, which it fully lives up to. The managing director for the Ascona / Locarno area, Mr. Alexander, is very well connected, has excellent knowledge of the real estate market and his professional knowledge is outstanding. He worked very hard for us in our search for a property and, above all, always gave us extremely honest advice and information. He speaks excellent German and his cultured and friendly manner is outstanding. As a result, we have now purchased a beautiful property in Ticino thanks to the tireless support of Mr. Alexander. I have and have had a lot to do with real estate agents, Mr. Alexander is by far the most capable and best advisor we have ever had. Last but not least, his team is very competent and friendly and all the work was done to our complete satisfaction.

Alexsander took all the time to evaluate and present my villa to the clients in a thorough, fair, honest and transparent way. His friendliness, punctuality, kindness were always an important aspect of interpersonal relations.

The entire "Wetag" team worked very positively on the sale of an EFH in Cadro-Lugano.
Because the sales team is German-speaking, the linguistic advantages (partly German and
Italian) with the staff "Wetag" were very advantageous. A big compliment to the reference person, Mrs.

From the very first personal contact, when I was greeted by the managing director Mr. Peter, I could feel the professionalism and warmth of the company. The entire team, who were introduced to me immediately, made a great impression with their efficiency and determination.
It should be particularly emphasized that only a few meetings on site were necessary - nevertheless, I felt comprehensively looked after at all times. Thanks to the impressive network of solvent potential buyers and the all-round service package on offer, the deal was completed quickly.
