That the website exists at all is a great thing. Unfortunately, I came across it only by chance. Only the response rate is unfortunately very sad. The site itself is great. I had no contact with the customer center, so I can not say anything.

The portal makes it easier to find the right facility. You don't have to laboriously write to each nursing home yourself, the portal takes care of this.
The nursing homes then contact you by e-mail to let you know whether they have vacancies or not. In our case, the 20 accommodations, which the portal had all written to, each reported back and told us that everything was fully booked.
