I have made a recommendation, but the customer service is really subterranean. For months, all massage devices are defective and you can wait a long time for goodwill or any compensation, because this is not even provided.

It's a pity that you are not satisfied with our customer service. We regret the situation with the massage tables. With the current extremely high temperatures, there are isolated temporary outages at selected locations. We cannot understand the statement that all massage tables are defective. We are in close contact with the manufacturers and are trying to improve the situation as quickly as possible.

Ich finde das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis super. Allein die vielen Livekurse sind unschlagbar. Zusätzlich, dass man mit einem Upgrade auch noch das Solarium, die Sauna und die Massagesessel benutzen kann. Ja, und die kostenlose Getränkebar. Nette Leute, nette Trainer. Alles bestens. Bin sehr zufrieden, und so gut wie jeden Tag da.👍
