Hatte einen Wasserschaden an meiner Armbanduhr Tissot. War damit in zwei Werkstätten in Hannover.
Die eine, hierfür gibt es keine Ersatzteile mehr. Die andere, veranschlagte 400 € Reparaturkosten. In meinem Urlaub diese Werkstatt aufgesucht. Hier hervorragende, freundliche und fachgerechte Beratung. Nach einer Woche war das Uhrwerk ausgetauscht und das alles für 74€. Hut ab, das nennt man auch Dienst am Kunden von einer überaus netten Angestellten in dieser Firma.

Eine stark angeschlagene IWC Armbanduhr zur Restauration gegeben. Sehr gutes Ergebnis zum fairen Preis erhalten.

Gut das es eine Uhrenwerkstatt dieser Art noch gibt.

Ich habe eine ca. 80 Jahre alte Taschenuhr aus Familienbesitz zur Revision in Schramberg eingesendet.
Der Versand hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der Kontakt zu Birgit Summ war jederzeit angenehm und ich wurde über den Fortschritt informiert. Die ausgeführten Arbeiten wurde in bester Qualität ausgeführt. Die Uhr läuft hervorragend und das Werk sieht aus wie wenn Sie erst dieses Jahr gebaut wurde. Die Uhr ist sehr gut justiert und läuft sehr genau. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und liebe Grüße an das ganze Team in Schramberg. Francisco Santos

Der Hersteller meiner Uhr (IWC) konnte mir bei der Reparatur (Bruch der Schließe) nicht helfen. Zum Glück fand ich in "Zeitgenau - Die Uhrenwerkstatt" einen kompetenten, lösungsorientierten und zuverlässigen Partner. Sämtliche Arbeiten wurden zu meiner vollsten Zufrieden zeitnah erledigt.
