If I had to put the work & training of Veronika & the whole team into one word then: LIFE CHANGING!

It's like the red pill of the matrix. I woke up from a life with the motto "Bassd scho" to "I want EVERYTHING and I'm going to get it!"

The last 2 years have been absolute madness and I no matter what else A Bit of Color comes out with, I'm booking it ;-)

It is just so beautiful! I was able to learn so much about myself, get to know myself better and always have such a wonderful time here! The training as a life and impulse coach at the Center for Joy of Life was an impulse that I followed and that gave me such an incredibly beautiful and intense time in these beautiful rooms, in the midst of fantastic nature at Prüfening Castle. It was such a loving and warm atmosphere with wonderful people, both in #TeamFreude as well as in the training group, with whom deep connection developed within a very short time. Thank you Veronika for your sensitivity, your power, your contagious Lenensfreude, your being awake and true. You are pure inspiration for me.

Would I recommend a bit of color & FRIENDS GmbH to others? Yes, yes, yes... Definitely! I did my training as a life and impulse coach with Veronika at the Center for Joy of Living. It was an absolutely enriching time for me. Veronika manages to convey the contents of the training so easily that at first you don't notice what you have already learned. Everything is practiced in practice. I have never been so brilliantly prepared for an exam, and afterwards so celebrated. You can feel Veronika's love and enthusiasm for her work at every moment. Since I have done this training, so much has changed in me. I see my life so much easier, myself and my fellow men with so much more love, everything is so much more colorful!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I will definitely come back and do the advanced courses to bring this joy of life and magic from you, dear Veronika, further into the world. We rock it!

I did the training as a life and impulse coach with Veronika at the Center for Joy of Life in Regensburg and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Veronika touches deeply with her unique, warm and joyful way. The Zentrum für Lebensfreude is such a powerful place and just perfect for unforgettable encounters. I am very happy for these eventful days. All this was not just a training but an unforgettable journey where I could both work on myself and at the same time learn how to accompany people in the future on their way to more joy of life. I can recommend every format of a bit of color without reservation. Working with Ms. Kammholz and her team is just a joy - you can feel so much that what she does is an absolute matter of the heart. Veronika Kammholz has been with me for three years now and so much has changed in my life - there is nothing left of a rather negative and sad attitude towards life. I love MY life, with all its colors - as she always says so beautifully. I am very grateful to have found the way to a bit of color.

A mega training!
It has positively turned my life upside down and opened up many new perspectives. I would do it again immediately and really recommend it to everyone - not just coaches. Because Veronika and her team live so perfectly and thoughtfully the "everything works" concept, the participation in the course and implementation in everyday life is "easy" and colorful even with demanding topics. Ingenious training - best team! Also the smaller impulses or the coaching retreat are just perfect to get new impulses and deepening in everyday life again and again and - even in times of greater challenges - to stay tuned.
