In the event of a heating defect, the fault was quickly identified and the repair was professional and competent. Mr. Pietsch is a customer service technician as you can only wish for today. Price / performance is fair.

We have planned and implemented a comprehensive heating system renewal (old oil heating against buffer storage with air heat pump) incl. PV system on our private house together with the company Abele in the not easy year 2022 in March. Despite the adversities in 2022 (delivery problems), the project was carried out as discussed. The whole team starting with GF and the installers and partners did a super job, very reliable and friendly contact, in case of small problems a solution was created immediately, and the atmosphere was also good. The advice in planning the system (inbs. the buffer storage with heat lances plus the PV system) was very good and some points I had planned differently and have (fortunately) let myself be convinced otherwise (PV surplus in heat lances as "2nd storage" after the battery). The plant was finished at the end of 2022 and runs great, the recommendations for the design have proven themselves. Therefore, we are already planning the expansion of the PV system with Abele. Last but not least: Abele has also completely taken over the application for the subsidy for the new heating system at the BMAF, the payment of the subsidy is now still pending after completion of the project, but I have no concerns about that. And every time I asked about the use of the system or other small things, the feedback came impressively fast and clear, thanks for that! All this has its price, the plant was not in the low-price segment, but the price-performance ratio including the installed plant and services were absolutely worth the money. Conclusion: Gladly again (whereby I do not intend a heating system new building actually at all more... Roberto Cruccolini

To have a total failure of an existing groundwater heat pump in 2022, that's no fun. To have a craftsman company that not only takes care of the problem, but also successfully implements it before winter, that's really great.
The Abele company did an excellent job of everything from quote, to installation and acceptance. Clear communication and agreements kept. The employees are very pleasant and did a very good job. We are happy about the warm house and the great implemented project.

We would like to take this opportunity to expressly thank Abele for not only keeping their word, but also for surprising us in the long term. Since it is often reported again and again about unpunctual, unclean and overpriced craftsmen, it is an important concern for us to refute that at this point. At all times we felt perfectly advised, wishes were taken seriously, alternatives shown, solutions presented and communicated openly at all times until completion.

Certainly this service has its price... but due to the result we consider it absolutely appropriate. Polite and professional installers, always on time and clean at work. If we had known this before, the renovation of our bathroom and heating would have been done much earlier.

We will recommend Abele 100%!

The work was done quickly and well, the installer was very friendly.
The prices I find relatively high, but what really annoyed me were the disposal costs.
costs, because I was not informed that this costs something, or was asked if I want to
want to dispose of it myself. To me the disposal would have cost nothing and it was charged 36, - €.
For this I can bring a whole trailer to the recycling center!!!

we regret that we did not properly inform you about our disposal fee. We take this as an opportunity to point this out to our employees and to do this better in the future.

As a rule, our customers want the dismantled items to be disposed of properly. Since the legal regulations for sustainable disposal impose strict requirements on us, the disposal costs to be charged are unfortunately so high. We currently have to cope with disposal costs of more than EUR 11,000 per year and pass these costs on to our customers on a 1:1 basis only.

Since this time it was only the purchase of an item would be further statements not targeted. Nevertheless, it should be noted that my satisfaction this time was much greater than last time before and after a but good craftsman performance! But what struck me again today and was already addressed by me in 2019 is the reference to §35a EStG on the invoice. Here it should be, even if disputed at the time, to my knowledge still not paragraph 2 but (3) u. (5). Also, gross payroll should be changed to labor costs, since these, recognized for tax purposes and therefore deductible, may be composed of activity remuneration, auxiliary and operating material costs and travel expenses.

I had a problem with my water connection in the kitchen. To make a long story short, a company left me hanging shamefully, despite emergency notification. I then contacted the Abele company and explained the problem. They promised that a technician would come within two hours. He came after 1 1/2 hours and fixed the problem. Great service. Thank you

Dear Mr. Schwaiger, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize once again for the fact that we made a mistake when invoicing you. As we have already assured you by telephone, you do not have to pay for the basic service you mentioned. As a matter of principle, we only charge different SBLs if the time and effort required for order entry, material research, technical coordination and, if necessary, scheduling with third parties is involved. This was not the case with your order and we have taken this incident as an opportunity to sensitize the office staff once again to pay closer attention to this when invoicing.
