Heating (heat pump hybrid) & bathroom renovation to absolute perfection! 100% recommendation!

We would like to take this opportunity to expressly thank Abele for not only keeping their word, but also for surprising us in the long term. Since it is often reported again and again about unpunctual, unclean and overpriced craftsmen, it is an important concern for us to refute that at this point. At all times we felt perfectly advised, wishes were taken seriously, alternatives shown, solutions presented and communicated openly at all times until completion.

Certainly this service has its price... but due to the result we consider it absolutely appropriate. Polite and professional installers, always on time and clean at work. If we had known this before, the renovation of our bathroom and heating would have been done much earlier.

We will recommend Abele 100%!

The work was done quickly and well, the installer was very friendly.
The prices I find relatively high, but what really annoyed me were the disposal costs.
costs, because I was not informed that this costs something, or was asked if I want to
want to dispose of it myself. To me the disposal would have cost nothing and it was charged 36, - €.
For this I can bring a whole trailer to the recycling center!!!

we regret that we did not properly inform you about our disposal fee. We take this as an opportunity to point this out to our employees and to do this better in the future.

As a rule, our customers want the dismantled items to be disposed of properly. Since the legal regulations for sustainable disposal impose strict requirements on us, the disposal costs to be charged are unfortunately so high. We currently have to cope with disposal costs of more than EUR 11,000 per year and pass these costs on to our customers on a 1:1 basis only.

Since this time it was only the purchase of an item would be further statements not targeted. Nevertheless, it should be noted that my satisfaction this time was much greater than last time before and after a but good craftsman performance! But what struck me again today and was already addressed by me in 2019 is the reference to §35a EStG on the invoice. Here it should be, even if disputed at the time, to my knowledge still not paragraph 2 but (3) u. (5). Also, gross payroll should be changed to labor costs, since these, recognized for tax purposes and therefore deductible, may be composed of activity remuneration, auxiliary and operating material costs and travel expenses.

I had a problem with my water connection in the kitchen. To make a long story short, a company left me hanging shamefully, despite emergency notification. I then contacted the Abele company and explained the problem. They promised that a technician would come within two hours. He came after 1 1/2 hours and fixed the problem. Great service. Thank you

Dear Mr. Schwaiger, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize once again for the fact that we made a mistake when invoicing you. As we have already assured you by telephone, you do not have to pay for the basic service you mentioned. As a matter of principle, we only charge different SBLs if the time and effort required for order entry, material research, technical coordination and, if necessary, scheduling with third parties is involved. This was not the case with your order and we have taken this incident as an opportunity to sensitize the office staff once again to pay closer attention to this when invoicing.

The technician had to immediately obtain a slightly larger rubber seal from the wholesaler. More than half the time was needed or charged for this. He did not have the slightly larger seal with him on site. At the same time, a flat rate is charged for the automotive equipment, among other things. One would think that somewhat smaller and larger gaskets are present in the motor vehicle.

We regularly review the contents of our customer service vehicles with the premise of keeping a wide range of standard components on hand for an operation. In the end, the limited space of a KDT vehicle does not allow us to stock every possible component. The stock is always based on the quantity used in previous years (from the vehicle and order per order) and so it may be that just the one size we needed for your repair was not there. Nevertheless, we will take your suggestion as an opportunity to check the stock again.

In principle, I am very satisfied with the services of Abele. Reliable, technically competent, high quality. This is confirmed by our orders in the last 4 years for bath and decalcification system. Our satisfaction was also confirmed during the first maintenance of the BWT AQA smart plus. The maintenance was done professionally and quickly in about 1 hour. What makes us think is the price structure for the 1st maintenance and the offer for a further annual maintenance flat rate of 270 euros gross, without spare, wear and maintenance materials. In addition, the renewal of the electrolytic cell was already recommended for the next maintenance. (according to Internet approx. 80 euro net) We are very content with the plant, the product was offered to us also as low-maintenance, however with the maintenance intervals very high subsequent costs develop, which we did not plan in this extent. In addition, there are 2 containers of mineral agent every year (approx. 120 euros) plus the regeneration salt. This is the reason why we do not want to conclude the offered maintenance contract. However, as a certified company for drinking water hygiene, we are obliged to set very high standards for the function, hygiene and fault-free operation of a drinking water softening system. We replace all wear parts recommended by the manufacturer at the specified time and carry out very conscientious maintenance. Nevertheless, we naturally understand your objection regarding the regular follow-up costs and will make this clearer to our customers in the future than we were able to do with them.

Renewal heating system with pellet boiler + solar + Abele system controller.
We felt very well understood and perfectly advised from the first moment. We were given enough time to consider our wishes, the possibilities and subsidies were shown and in the end ONE recommendation was made for the right, future-proof heating system.
The entire conversion was carried out quickly, neatly, on time and with very polite and competent fitters. The recommendation to install the Abele system controller has already proven to be a good decision: We can easily make changes via the app and in the case of a small malfunction that we did not recognize, the call from Abele customer service was there before it could get cold! Simply TOP! We recommend you very gladly and without reservation.

Bathroom renovation in a listed 100-year-old half-timbered house:
At Abele you really get the all-round package. Starting with friendly, competent advice, through specific bathroom planning, to the exact implementation of the professional offer in compliance with the schedule, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! The supposedly somewhat higher offer price justifies itself by exactly this professional conversion. I would like to thank the company Abele and especially Mr. Weinand, who as project manager of this difficult bathroom renovation had everything under control at all times and was available to us as a contact person! Also the partner companies with which Abele handled the bathroom renovation were all competent and sympathetic. We can really recommend this company!
