We would like to take this opportunity to expressly thank Abele for not only keeping their word, but also for surprising us in the long term. Since it is often reported again and again about unpunctual, unclean and overpriced craftsmen, it is an important concern for us to refute that at this point. At all times we felt perfectly advised, wishes were taken seriously, alternatives shown, solutions presented and communicated openly at all times until completion.
Certainly this service has its price... but due to the result we consider it absolutely appropriate. Polite and professional installers, always on time and clean at work. If we had known this before, the renovation of our bathroom and heating would have been done much earlier.

Since this time it was only the purchase of an item would be further statements not targeted. Nevertheless, it should be noted that my satisfaction this time was much greater than last time before and after a but good craftsman performance! But what struck me again today and was already addressed by me in 2019 is the reference to §35a EStG on the invoice. Here it should be, even if disputed at the time, to my knowledge still not paragraph 2 but (3) u. (5). Also, gross payroll should be changed to labor costs, since these, recognized for tax purposes and therefore deductible, may be composed of activity remuneration, auxiliary and operating material costs and travel expenses.
I had a problem with my water connection in the kitchen. To make a long story short, a company left me hanging shamefully, despite emergency notification. I then contacted the Abele company and explained the problem. They promised that a technician would come within two hours. He came after 1 1/2 hours and fixed the problem. Great service. Thank you
We are very surprised about an amount of € 20.30 net on the invoice for a so-called "Service Basisleistung 1.0", apparently for order entry, etc. This is a completely new way of charging for a telephone call.
The technician had to immediately obtain a slightly larger rubber seal from the wholesaler. More than half the time was needed or charged for this. He did not have the slightly larger seal with him on site. At the same time, a flat rate is charged for the automotive equipment, among other things. One would think that somewhat smaller and larger gaskets are present in the motor vehicle.
In principle, I am very satisfied with the services of Abele. Reliable, technically competent, high quality. This is confirmed by our orders in the last 4 years for bath and decalcification system. Our satisfaction was also confirmed during the first maintenance of the BWT AQA smart plus. The maintenance was done professionally and quickly in about 1 hour. What makes us think is the price structure for the 1st maintenance and the offer for a further annual maintenance flat rate of 270 euros gross, without spare, wear and maintenance materials. In addition, the renewal of the electrolytic cell was already recommended for the next maintenance. (according to Internet approx. 80 euro net) We are very content with the plant, the product was offered to us also as low-maintenance, however with the maintenance intervals very high subsequent costs develop, which we did not plan in this extent. In addition, there are 2 containers of mineral agent every year (approx. 120 euros) plus the regeneration salt. This is the reason why we do not want to conclude the offered maintenance contract. Renewal heating system with pellet boiler + solar + Abele system controller.
We felt very well understood and perfectly advised from the first moment. We were given enough time to consider our wishes, the possibilities and subsidies were shown and in the end ONE recommendation was made for the right, future-proof heating system.
The entire conversion was carried out quickly, neatly, on time and with very polite and competent fitters. The recommendation to install the Abele system controller has already proven to be a good decision: We can easily make changes via the app and in the case of a small malfunction that we did not recognize, the call from Abele customer service was there before it could get cold! Simply TOP! We recommend you very gladly and without reservation.

Starting with friendly, competent advice, through specific bathroom planning, to the exact implementation of the professional offer in compliance with the schedule, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! The supposedly somewhat higher offer price justifies itself by exactly this professional conversion. I would like to thank the company Abele and especially Mr. Weinand, who as project manager of this difficult bathroom renovation had everything under control at all times and was available to us as a contact person! Also the partner companies with which Abele handled the bathroom renovation were all competent and sympathetic. We can really recommend this company!
