We decided to remodel our bathroom to suit our age.
Of course, only a company from the surrounding area came into question.
The company Abele in Greifenberg was ideal. They were already known to us for minor repairs and maintenance work.
From the initial inspection to the planning and execution of the renovation work, we always felt we were in good hands.
If something did not work out (it was just a conversion in an old building) then the project manager immediately took care of it and it was solved to our satisfaction (extra big praise to you).
Also a big praise to the installers. Always friendly and answered every question regarding remodeling. The construction site was always left neat and clean. We lived in the house.
Conclusion, at any time and gladly again with the company Abele. Highly recommended.

In the event of a heating defect, the fault was quickly identified and the repair was professional and competent. Mr. Pietsch is a customer service technician as you can only wish for today. Price / performance is fair.
Also the entire team (phone,, advice, etc.) 5 stars, can only recommend the company.

We have planned and implemented a comprehensive heating system renewal (old oil heating against buffer storage with air heat pump) incl. PV system on our private house together with the company Abele in the not easy year 2022 in March. Despite the adversities in 2022 (delivery problems), the project was carried out as discussed. The whole team starting with GF and the installers and partners did a super job, very reliable and friendly contact, in case of small problems a solution was created immediately, and the atmosphere was also good. The advice in planning the system (inbs. the buffer storage with heat lances plus the PV system) was very good and some points I had planned differently and have (fortunately) let myself be convinced otherwise (PV surplus in heat lances as "2nd storage" after the battery). The plant was finished at the end of 2022 and runs great, the recommendations for the design have proven themselves. Therefore, we are already planning the expansion of the PV system with Abele. Last but not least: Abele has also completely taken over the application for the subsidy for the new heating system at the BMAF, the payment of the subsidy is now still pending after completion of the project, but I have no concerns about that. And every time I asked about the use of the system or other small things, the feedback came impressively fast and clear, thanks for that! All this has its price, the plant was not in the low-price segment, but the price-performance ratio including the installed plant and services were absolutely worth the money. Conclusion: Gladly again (whereby I do not intend a heating system new building actually at all more... Roberto Cruccolini

To have a total failure of an existing groundwater heat pump in 2022, that's no fun. To have a craftsman company that not only takes care of the problem, but also successfully implements it before winter, that's really great.
The Abele company did an excellent job of everything from quote, to installation and acceptance. Clear communication and agreements kept. The employees are very pleasant and did a very good job. We are happy about the warm house and the great implemented project.

One would like to assume with external view of the company Abele that it concerns herebei a quality handicraft enterprise, nevertheless that is by no means so!

We had contacted the company Abele because of a defective heating system. After an inspection, it was stated that the heating pump was damaged and had to be replaced. After the aforementioned expensive replacement of parts, the problem was still not solved. At a second appointment, the primary heat exchanger of the heating system was again blindly replaced.

With a 3rd call in the sense of the complaint the technician had to be made attentive then by me personally to a defective part of the heating, which I had looked for then after the 2 miserable visits of the company Abele, after this had not found the problem, he stated then after my reference, the secondary heat exchanger is defective however unfortunately there is no spare part for it and one could yes now after one due to the own inability only numerous parts expensively exchanged now simply the whole heating.

One would like to emphasize particularly that the company Abele for a call, which lasted 7:30 minutes, even as here in the case of the complaint. Without warning a so-called EDP service fee at a value of 20,30 €.
in calculation puts. This was Fleißig even with all calls made necessary by own fault each time again in Rechnung gestellt.

In summary, the company can NOT be recommended due to each of the above points.

The hourly rate is also at a sporty rate compared to surrounding comparable companies (as of 13.3.2022 78-83€).

Heating (heat pump hybrid) & bathroom renovation to absolute perfection! 100% recommendation!

We would like to take this opportunity to expressly thank Abele for not only keeping their word, but also for surprising us in the long term. Since it is often reported again and again about unpunctual, unclean and overpriced craftsmen, it is an important concern for us to refute that at this point. At all times we felt perfectly advised, wishes were taken seriously, alternatives shown, solutions presented and communicated openly at all times until completion.

Certainly this service has its price... but due to the result we consider it absolutely appropriate. Polite and professional installers, always on time and clean at work. If we had known this before, the renovation of our bathroom and heating would have been done much earlier.

We will recommend Abele 100%!
