Mr. Radmacher is/was a very serious and competent contact. Good style and manners. One feels taken seriously. Unfortunately, the sale did not come (yet), because in the family circle has decided b.a.w. not to sell. In a manageable time frame, however, sale will take place. First and only contact Mr. Radmacher/Alpenimmobilien. Other competitors do not seem competent enough to me, do not have the adequate circle of buyers and the contact persons of the so-called noble brokers do not seem sympathetic to me already from the picture.

Mr. Görgen received us very nicely and advised us very well. When we asked for a discount on the purchase price, he unfortunately could not decide this himself. We would have liked that the specialist on site has more authority.
