Seller disorganized, haphazard.
Entire facility, unclean, including the outdoor area in a desolate condition.
Interior furnishings spoiled, seller has sold this as quaint and as the flair of the Bavarian Forest (including the additional quaint residents on the outside.
This wooden shed is far from the desired purchase price
