As a former senior manager with personnel responsibility in Germany and abroad, I very much welcome Ms. Bokler's contribution, as it bridges the gap between personal responsibility and responsibility towards fellow human beings inside and outside a company. The practical reference to the implementation and concretization of necessary steps for the successful cultural change of an organization is particularly valuable. Managers play a central role here. It is impressively demonstrated that value orientation, i.e. the achievement of "hard" business goals, and value orientation are inextricably linked and are decisive for the success of a company. This is the only way to inspire people for their work and successfully shape the future together.
