I worked with Andreas Becker as a start-up and business consultant when I was setting up my company, and I am extremely satisfied. I started with an immature business plan, but Andreas guided me through the entire process, consistently helping me to perfect my documents and giving me exactly the tips and briefings that ultimately made all the difference. As a result, the meeting at the bank was surprisingly relaxed and very easy to handle.

I would particularly like to highlight the collaboration during our meetings: always clearly structured, focused, and goal-oriented, without wasting time, but with a great deal of substance. Andreas' wealth of experience is truly invaluable for founders because he not only provides "theory," but also gives practical advice on what is important and how to implement it properly. Thanks to his support, my entire start-up process went smoothly.

I had a lot of problems in my company, such as a lack of liquidity, paying invoices according to the account balance, uncertainty about how the company was developing and what I could do. I was on the brink of bankruptcy with my company and I realized that I had to do something. But I had already had bad experiences with consultants and lost a lot of money. I ended up with Andreas Becker through a recommendation and working with him was the best decision I made. He introduced a liquidity plan and an annual plan, and he works with me to ensure that I gradually achieve my goals. He forces me to work with my figures, data and facts in order to develop my company further. He knows what a company needs in all areas and has concrete suggestions for implementation and tools for what I need right now. Anyone who wants to advance their own business or is in financial difficulties should definitely get in touch with Andreas Becker. All that remains for me to say is: Thank you very much for the wonderful cooperation and I am glad to know that you will continue to be at my side.

We are a small but fine medium-sized company in the project business for plant construction. Mr. Becker has provided us with very comprehensive support in our company development over the last 2 years. This included identifying potential savings, improving cooperation with our tax consultant and better use of DATEV information, support in recruiting new, good employees, the reintroduction of employee appraisals, the introduction of liquidity forecasts and the creation of a data protection management manual in which he showed us significant potential for improvement in information security. He also worked with us to develop a strategy for expanding our product business and was always a good and trustworthy contact for our management challenges.

He is also highly valued by our employees.

We would like to thank Mr. Becker for the great cooperation and will call on his support again if we need it and have the resources to develop and implement the measures with him.

Successful company foundation!
Andreas Becker has accompanied us from the beginning of our foundation in garden care with a lot of know-how, high esteem and human closeness.

Very quickly we had created a business plan together, were with him before Christmas at two banks for financing, which we then also got without major problems.

We were also always able to turn to him for advice on topics such as the right time to terminate the contract and practical questions about the start-up itself. On top of that, his great network was very valuable for us. Among other things, he recommended a very good tax consultant and a great insurance broker. We can also use his network in the further expansion of our business.
We also received the start-up subsidy from the employment agency - and thanks to the consulting subsidy from the Free State of Bavaria, the whole thing really didn't cost the earth. Here, too, he was always there to help us with the application and accounting.

Andreas is our top recommendation for all founders and startups.

Andreas Becker accompanied me in the process of selling my shares in my company. He did this very professionally, with full commitment and heart and soul at all times, and also on a human level at which it was simply fun. He also found buyers for my shares who would have been absolutely suitable to take them over. At the last second, my co-partner took over the shares, which was ultimately a good solution that would not have come about without Andreas Becker's search for a buyer.

Through a recommendation, we got to know Andreas Becker as a start-up coach and business consultant. We immediately hit it off and quickly decided to start working together. For us it was enormously important to finalize our business plan as quickly as possible, to get financing and to find a warehouse. Within a very short time we had completed the business and financial planning and through Andreas' network we found a hall that was perfect for our StartUp.

Together with Andreas we contacted several banks and quickly received two invitations for talks. Already at the first appointment we received an offer for a loan, or the acceptance of an offer. After consulting with Andreas, we were able to decide on the offer that was better for us and have now been successfully on the market since August.

I would recommend Andreas Becker without reservation and will continue to use his coaching myself. What I appreciate most about him is his general, holistic view. You can discuss with him not only a specific topic as with many "experts" but the "big picture" - including private aspects which also play an important role in the daily decisions to be made as an entrepreneur. If Andreas Becker doesn't have an answer to a question, he will get back to you within a short time with someone from his network who can help you further. 5 stars!

As an entrepreneur, I run an academy for leadership and team training. I met Andreas Becker in April 2020 at the height of the first lockdown. After I had been recommended a management consultant who did not satisfy me in response to an inquiry at a consulting firm, I got him recommended.

He conducted a comprehensive potential analysis with me and my team and created a bundle of measures with us to lead Cambiana to success.

Since then, we have doubled our turnover and are on track to do so again in 2021 and from then on to be the most renowned academy for executive training with individual, personal guidance and digital support.

Andreas has become a consultant, coach, companion and also a kind of good friend to me. I can heartily recommend him and his company "Unternehmerlotsen Bayern".

Andreas Becker supported me in the pre-founding phase for my company.
What excited me the most was that he immersed himself in my business idea from the very first (online) meeting. He helped me sort out my thoughts, challenge my ideas, create a roadmap and then worked on it with me point by point.
Through his vast experience and network, we then quickly developed a strategy to address any open issues.
