On Friday, I went to pick up my new Micra E and was thrilled with the whole process. The Haese dealership is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I live in Saarland and finalized the lease agreement with the salesperson, Mr. Bera, via email and phone, which all went absolutely quickly and smoothly—top-notch.
At the dealership, I was greeted warmly right away, even though no one there knew me personally. Mr. Bera explained everything I needed to know in a very pleasant manner and was able to answer all my questions. It couldn’t have gone better👍
To be honest, I haven’t experienced this at car dealerships in Saarland (where you’re sometimes even ignored...) and I’ll definitely be willing to travel 190 km for service and drive to AH Haese in Wiesbaden, even though I have the freedom to choose any repair shop—I’ll naturally support such a great family-run business, no question about it.
Bottom line: AH Haese gets full marks from me and my absolute recommendation👍
A big thank you again to Mr. Bera, who made the whole process extremely pleasant with his friendly and open manner—absolutely top-notch!

The salesperson promises to reserve a car for 24 hours over the phone. You then drive over 100km and are told that the vehicle has been sold.
Better put everything in writing in advance!!!

I would like to thank the entire team at Autohaus Haese GmbH, especially Mr. Manzato and Mr. Schmidt. Mr. Manzato impressed me with his expert and friendly advice, patiently answered all my questions and made sure that my new vehicle was a Nissan Quashqai, also from Autohaus Haese.
Mr. Schmidt from the service department was also extremely helpful and made sure that my concerns about the repair of my Nissan Juke were dealt with quickly and easily.
