The advice and interaction with customers is very good. Through a very friendly and sometimes direct manner, one was accompanied the entire decision time particularly well. In addition, the service that the consultants also look at the conditions on site, as well as build the bed, was very customer-oriented.

From the 1st time I entered the store I was very taken. I was advised very competently and friendly about box spring beds and toppers. A lot of time was taken and I could test both different mattresses and different toppers. I then bought a box spring bed. The delivery was very fast, even 1 week earlier than planned and then it was also made possible that it was delivered on the day the painters in my bedroom have finished. That's what I call customer service, anyway, here the customer is still king. The nights I have spent in my new bed so far have been very good, no more pain in my hip. I would buy a bed from Betten Deluxe again at any time and can recommend them with a clear conscience. Birgit Hasenbeck

We were advised very competently from the first moment and a lot of time was taken for us and our wishes. Even after the purchase, the support is top. The quality of the bed is TOP! We have really long not slept so well and quietly.
