I had ordered goods from Buschek in advance. Immediately after placing the order, I received an e-mail telling me to which account I should transfer how much money with which order number.
I did this immediately. As the company also wanted proof of payment, I photographed the relevant data from my online transfer and emailed it to them, stating that I had transferred the amount. Shortly afterwards I received an order confirmation, but after about 2 weeks I still hadn't received an invoice/confirmation of receipt of payment/goods, so I asked by e-mail.
After I still hadn't heard from the company about a week later, I called them.
I was told that my problem would be reported to the sales department and that they would get back to me. Funnily enough, I also had to enter all my details again, although I had even entered my telephone number and e-mail address when I placed the order.
About a week later, there was still no response, so I called again. I wanted to speak to the boss, which unfortunately wasn't possible, but I had to enter all my contact details again and if no one had contacted me by midday, I was told to call back.
Unfortunately this was the case. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any further help during the phone call and I couldn't be put through to employees who had access to the processes.
Based on my experience, I assumed from that point on that the man wanted to scam me and communicated this on Google Reviews.
A short time later I received an invoice and a shipping confirmation. In addition, the boss called me and said that, based on my Google review, he had looked at the process and saw that the program had not recognized my payment because I had transferred too little money. He apologized in general, but also said I should delete the Google review, otherwise he could write that I had transferred too little money. I then checked everything again and noticed that the order confirmation that was sent to me after I had transferred the money contained an amount that was 1 cent more than in the first email.
I had written this again by e-mail. Unfortunately, they only replied anonymously and apologized for my dissatisfaction.
If you are apparently overwhelmed with your bookkeeping, that's one thing, but you don't lie to customers and tell them that they have transferred too little just because you subsequently change the invoice amount.
Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer honorable business people and you won't find them here!
