My training with CERTYCOACH was the best thing that could ever happen to me, because it gave me a strong and solid foundation that now helps me to start my coaching business with the necessary know-how in a self-confident and confident way. The many opportunities for self-reflection have changed me personally a lot and filled me with new energy. In the face-to-face modules and online workshops, our leaders created an atmosphere of security with their appreciative attitude, in which we were able to open up naturally as learners and try out many coaching tools on each other.

High professional competence and a great deal of experience meet at eye level and in an appreciative tone. The training is not cheap, but even if you do not implement what you have learned professionally, it offers content that will positively shape the participant throughout his life and help improve the way you deal with people in any situation. Recommendable!

I especially liked the constant presence and the always existing possibility to ask questions personally on site but also in the academy. Lutz and Christian give room for personal development and constantly encourage self-reflection. The concept of FlowLife and the coaching training were a great fit for me to internalize knowledge and to put it into practice.

After completing the first third of the training, participating in the first 3 zoom calls and the first attendance phase, I can say that I was very satisfied with the clearly structured structure of the learning units and the quick feedback on technical and organizational questions. I perceived the learning atmosphere of the first attendance phase as very intensive. Through the short meditations in the morning and the open and curious attitude of the mentors and learners among themselves, I have felt during the three days always present and was so ready to take a lot from the training.

I find the structure of the training and the attendance days very successful. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into this, and so far I've really enjoyed working with the content and growing from it. You can work through everything at your own pace. The practical part of the first attendance weekend was high, but not overwhelming, but very enriching for the later approach. I am absolutely satisfied so far! 😊

I spent a long time researching to find the right coaching training for me - and I can say the time was worth it! At Certy Coach I found everything I was looking for: scientifically based, a comprehensive approach, support in starting business and self-employment, mix of face-to-face and online modules, professional trainers and a recognized degree. Despite Covid-19, the training was top organized.
The mix of web sessions, then the online close-up phase and the live phases was very good.
Through the different exercises, everyone was able to try out and build up confidence.

They teach scientifically proven solutions to promote the ICF core competencies and are always interested in the latest findings and further development. In addition, you have a fine empathic sense for your environment and your clients, to whom you give all interesting, individual, further impulses. The ability to achieve a very conducive and cordial group dynamic has convinced me.

The content of Certycoach and flowlife have helped me a lot and I'm glad that life has led me to the two.

The coaching training at CertyCoach exceeds any of my expectations and I rarely had so much fun while "learning". Important in the decision for a provider was for me a training according to ICF standard (or a similar association) as well as a high practical relevance - both are fully met at CertyCoach.

Since I have weekly changing professional appointments and events, I appreciate it very much that I can work out the theoretical content completely flexible myself, whenever it suits me. The content is to the point and not overloaded with too much information.

The first weekend was very well organized and went smoothly. The three days were super exciting, informative and absolutely entertaining. Christian and Lutz really did a great job of transferring the information into practice, so that I felt comfortable and picked up at all times. At no time did I have the feeling of being thrown in at the deep end. Appreciation is written in capital letters here - both towards us as trainees in the learning process and towards future coachees. It is a lot of fun to listen to the two of them report on their experiences - which is not least due to their passion for their profession coupled with a touch of humor. Christian and Lutz are always very authentic and down-to-earth.

At the same time, we as a group were able to experience a first very intensive weekend. The dynamics that can arise with people who all pursue the same goal and burn for the same topic is absolutely rousing and incredibly enriching. One third of the training I have completed at this point, I am very much looking forward to everything that still awaits me and I am already very grateful to CertyCoach (especially Christian and Lutz) for this valuable training.

From the consultation on the topic of coaching in general, to the support before the training, to the training itself, I felt ideally taken care of and supported.
