Claudia Arheit not only enabled me to gain an objective view of the existing structures and ways of thinking and approaching things. In particular, I was able to recognize myself as a valuable link in the company and filter my initially thought "mistakes/uncertainties" as important learning effects.
The models presented and discussed provide me personally with new building blocks for my future professional and private life. Appreciation is achieved through appreciation.

I would like to express my sincere enthusiasm for Claudia Arheit's presentation at the Appreciation and Value Creation event on 10/14/2023 at our Pmax Partner Meeting.
Claudia exceeded expectations in every way. The presentation was not only extremely informative, but also extremely inspiring.
Particularly impressive were the facts and figures that proved that a lack of value creation is detrimental to employees vis-à-vis any company.
Based on this knowledge, there was an energy during the presentation that energized the entire event. It was palpable how interested everyone was in the topic and striving for optimization.
The opportunity for interaction that was created contributed to the fact that, in addition to listening, we could also immediately test how an optimized - value-adding behavior and communication affected us.

We, the Bissinger Group, a regional IT company with about 100 employees, had a leadership workshop with 13 managers on June 23 together with Ms. Arheit. The goal was, in addition to a detailed self- and team analysis through the motivation profile (Circular), to identify the individual strengths and drivers and to create a better understanding of each other in the team. Ms. Aheit did an excellent job of guiding us through the coaching, explaining the topics in a very understandable way and picking up each individual team member for the sometimes very sensitive topic. The coaching made us grow closer together as a team, created a great understanding and uncovered a lot of unused potential. It will certainly not have been the last coaching with Ms. Arheit...
