Cleaning Express Services Ltd

We've been really impressed with Cleaning Express, and have been using them for the last three years or so. Andreea, our regular cleaner, is absolutely fantastic. The house looks spotless after she's finished, she's very friendly and trustworthy and very patient with our cat (who follows her around the entire time she is cleaning). Cleaning Express also provide replacement cleaners if she is sick or on holiday, and this is done in a timely manner. They're very responsive on emails or phone.

I have used cleaning express services coming up to a year now and I have no complaints what so ever. As a mother of 4 I need all the help I can get and have a 4 hour weekly clean done every Friday morning in my large 3 bedroom house by Jana who is always on time. I'm very hygiene conscious and Jana over the last 5 months (previously Svetlana) work with me to ensure high levels of cleaning and sanitisation is maintained throughout the house. Sheets are changes (4 beds in the house), floors are hoovered and steamed, shelves are dusted along with all the other expected areas of the house cleaned and disinfected.

I highly recommend this company. They communicate via calls, texts and emails and have never missed my calls. Their team work with you to find a polite and trust worthy cleaner that meets your standards at a time that works for you.

The cleaning service is professional, punctual and they seem to be nice people. Off site staff are equally professional and extremely responsive

Brilliant service! Professional! Organised and helpful. I had 24 hours before my tenants moved in and the job was done efficiently so I knew my tenants would have a gleaming flat. Thank you!!
