When in 2017 due to a hurricane my cruise was canceled by the shipping company on the eve of my departure, I was helped that it was still a nice vacation. Since friends were already in Miami and waiting for me, I have with a co-worker us a hotel in Miami and rebooked my flight, so that I could also start the next morning to Miami. My friends were also very grateful that everything went so smoothly with the hotel. We had a great time in Miami.
Since then I have booked many other trips with Creativ Reiseagentur. I always check on the internet beforehand, but in the end I book here. They can keep up with the prices, but are usually more flexible with the flight times.
I can only recommend this travel agency.

It's hard to believe what intensive work a city/short trip can do. Now I also had relatively specific requirements. Thanks to my contact person, everything is now under wraps and I'm looking forward to picking up all the travel documents then personally and then also meet Ms. E. personally. She was really mega patient, open to all my wishes and so super eager to get everything combined and coordinated. Thank you also for including my self-researched wishes in the overall construct. I just say "many many THANKS" and for sure I will come again :-)

We received wonderful advice, especially from Ms. Lage. Not only did she take care of our request in a technically competent manner, but also in a humanly totally pleasant and sympathetic way, what we were concerned about. Separate inquiries were immediately processed and we were also immediately informed of the result. Gladly again at any time, we feel well taken care of.
