I contacted Mr. Kreuzer out of pure interest to compare my current electricity and gas rates without obligation. I didn't actually intend to switch providers.
The consultation was comprehensive, transparent, and professional. The proposed new rates were actually cheaper, so I ultimately decided to switch electricity and gas providers. Mr. Kreuzer is always available and responds very quickly to inquiries. I can recommend the service without reservation.

For a long time, I thought my electricity tariff was fine. However, a review showed that there was significant potential for savings.

Mr. Kreutzer's advice was clear, honest, and without pressure. He did a masterful job, organized everything professionally, and I hardly had to lift a finger. Dennis Kreuzer's energy consultation was very clear and comprehensible.
I found it particularly helpful that I understood why my old tariff was too expensive and why I am now saving significantly every month. The change of supplier was completely taken care of, so I didn't have to worry about anything. It was nice to realize that someone was really on my side and that everything was explained without any technical jargon.

Very competent, reliable and always available. I saved over €200 a year - that speaks for itself. I can only recommend them.

From the first conversation to the implementation, everything was clear and comprehensible at Kreuzer Dienstleistungen. The energy advice was understandable, without any technical terms, and the change of supplier was completely taken care of. It was particularly helpful that I didn't have to worry about anything and am now making significant savings every month - over €3,000 in total by adjusting my contracts.

I had the feeling that someone was really on my side and that everything was explained to me at eye level. For me, it was fair and uncomplicated all round - I would do the same again.

Everything went smoothly with the financial and energy advice. The switch in particular was completed quickly and the explanations of the tariffs were easy to understand. I also saved over €200 a year and the new rate really suits my budget. I was also able to save money directly with the financing and the credit decision came without a long wait.

Overall, I feel I was treated fairly, as everything was honest and without any pressure to sell. The result suits my needs and I would choose this route again.

Mr. Kreuzer helped me tremendously to reduce my electricity and gas costs by more than 2000 Euro! I have a Chinese restaurant in Limburg and Mr. Kreuzer came to the restaurant and answered all my questions and after the first billing I got more than 1000 Euro back.
