How much I would have liked a book of this kind to start my own "Leading Change Journey". But even today, this work offers me valuable, complementary perspectives and thought-provoking impulses to rethink transformation processes.
The structure and design of the book make for an exciting and entertaining read. For executives already experienced in change, it provides a helpful reference work on the recurring challenges, "minefields" and avoidable contradictions of any new transformation project.
The range of knowledge presented is enriched by interviews and guest contributions from academia and experts. References and links to instructional aids in the digital appendix immediately mobilize the reader to take action - true to Sadao Nomura's guiding principle: "Just knowing is nothing at all. YOU MUST DO !!! "
I got to read the book before many others and for that I am grateful.
Why? 3 essential reasons:
The structure is very well done and motivates to read on and try out, i.e. want to implement.
The interviews with the experts on various topics support the content and loosen up the reading.
The content itself is of high quality and yet easy to read. The transformation addressed he described and implemented in the book.
I have been constantly educating myself for over 20 years in the area of personality, communication and leadership and this book is an absolutely brilliant addition.
Conclusion: The fast ones eat the big ones, so read and implement to be one of the fast ones ;-)
Great manifesto, clear structure, comprehensible storyline, helpful hacks and tools.
Partly a bit dramatically presented- but definitely exciting and purposefully done.
From my point of view a highly recommendable book for all those who deal with transformations.
Dirk Rossman takes a holistic view of transformation. He focuses on both the individual and the organization. He conveys his knowledge and wisdom with great clarity, humor and compactly to the point, so that transformation comes alive sustainably.
I had the great fortune to spend 3 wonderful, intensive days with Dirk on decision-making and implementation power.
How much "archetypes" and "playgrounds" were able to change my view of my own actions and actions, impresses me deeply.

Overall, it was helpful for me to hear that the issues I perceive as a change manager in the current transformations in my company are obviously also present in others. For me, this is a confirmation that my approaches to transformation fit. One example was that we establish new standards but often do not lead them TOP-down. The impulses and detailed information will help me to turn some screws more successfully.
I found the topic of neuroscience particularly interesting, and the - actually logical - connection between stress levels and readiness for change.
I would be happy if there could be an interactive exchange with the congress participants - also among each other. Then not everybody stews so much in his own juice ;o). Many thanks to Dirk for the great compilation of the topics!
