"Emergency management" means something to very few people - living wills, health care proxy, you've heard that before, but you usually put it off.

I have had to experience in my immediate circle what it is like when these important issues have not been properly taken care of during my lifetime, and I would not want to put my loved ones through that.
Before the consultation, I had living wills from other people in hand that I couldn't interpret clearly and a blank form for my own that I was really overwhelmed with on my own. Thus, I put it aside.
How many people feel exactly the same way?
