I liked best that it was actually very direct and purposefully kept to the facts, without going on for pages about the same topics.

In fact -as advertised- a top book for all those who actually have no time to read a book about time management.

The book indeed kept what it promised at the beginning, namely to present an overview of proven methods, condensed to the most necessary. From this it is possible to work out the best methods and work more efficiently and it was honest, the main work lies with oneself.

The book offers everything you need to start your own/better time management. Before getting down to the nitty-gritty, first read the preceding chapters (do not skim) and internalize them. And for the beginning, adopt the presented methods 1:1. You will quickly notice whether it helps you personally. If necessary, adapt, try out again, etc. Very important: keep at it!

The book "learning to concentrate with ADHD" offers a variety of tips and tricks for people with ADHD aimed at improving their concentration and attention. However, the book has also helped our son with Asperger syndrome improve his learning skills and performance in school.

A particular advantage of the book is that it addresses individual needs and weaknesses that people with ADHD and Asperger Syndrome may have. There is a lot of advice and techniques aimed at increasing individual concentration and attention, including techniques for self-regulation and improving task planning and time management.

Our son learned from the book how essential and effective it is to focus on concentrated, short bursts of work, as well as to use relaxation techniques when concentration difficulties arise. He was also able to use the techniques described in the book as a tool to focus on school work with success.

Overall, we can highly recommend the book "Learning to Concentrate with ADHD" for anyone suffering from ADHD or Asperger's Syndrome, but also for those who have difficulty staying focused in school or in other areas of life. The book offers a very practical approach to dealing with these difficulties and achieving better results.

I bought the audiobook by Tim Reichel and this book really inspired me. It explains in a simple and understandable way what really counts in time management and how important proper time management is to avoid wasting time on unimportant things. The 24 different tools to better time management are really well explained through the practical examples. I really enjoyed listening to the book and following the tasks. I manage my life time much better now thanks to the book!

Some of the theories and concepts I already knew, the others were explained very well and gave enough material for further research. There were a few "aha" moments as well. It's a pity that other books are aimed more at students.
