I became aware of Edmond through his book. A few months later I decided to work with Edmond and his team.
I've been a part-time wedding photographer for over 5 years now, but only got my assignments through referrals because I honestly had no idea how to make myself visible in the world of the internet. Place an advertisement - ME?? No way!

I discovered Edmond Rätzel on LinkedIn in March, by which time I had seen several ads from him.
We already had a short conversation there, after which I ordered his book. A few months later, in July, I decided to work with him, although at that time I was still actively involved in another consultancy. There I had the feeling that something was still missing, to be really active and constantly present or I still had problems with customer acquisition.

What I have experienced so far (1-2 month of cooperation):After the first couple of weeks I already knew that I will extend the cooperation with him after the first 2 months. (See below why).
I took the "small package" - probably a little skepticism still played a part - there I implemented everything from the consultation as requested, from the website setup to the CRM setup.

Not regretted a minute (3-4 month of cooperation):

After 2 months I then extended. Finally I started with the ad setup and automation. Shortly after the first ads went live, the first requests came in and so far I have also made several deals. Currently, the number of entries (half of the 4th month) is 4.2 people on average per week.
I mean, can you ask for more?

Thanks to his system and of course him and his team, you learn how to sell, convert and automate, faster and more effectively.
I am sure he has saved me a lot of headaches and many years of experimenting.

There is an opportunity to attend a video call once a week on both marketing and sales, there you can ask questions or even practice different customer situations related to sales. However...

..the best is yet to come, which for me played a huge role in my decision to work with them: The 1-to-1 consultation. In the beginning, of course, I myself "not quite" believed, too good to be true.
It is true. No matter how many and how "stupid" question you ask, the answer always comes and even in a very reasonable time in a separate chat where there are only two of you. (My own experience: I have never waited longer than an hour).

I can say that after 3.5 months, there is a lot to implement, the platform is growing, there is always new knowledge available.
I already had a first coach, now I also have a last one, concerning marketing and sales.

The materials and documentation are good, but sometimes a bit too long and explained too extensively. Shorter, more efficient and targeted videos would be good. The ads placed via Facebook work well because supposedly tested, especially with wedding photographers. However, it was not clear to me which target group responds to which topics, the definition of some target groups is rather left to chance. But Facebook itself doesn't know that either. Otherwise, I have received a lot of tools that allow me to receive and manage customer inquiries. In any case, the photography business has been given a future for me. Like so many of Edmond Rätzel's participants, I stumbled across his book ad, received a call from his collaborator Anja a few months later asking if they should coach me - I declined at first because I simply didn't have the budget as a mother of 2 toddlers and solo self-employed photographer.

Several attempts later, I was able to afford the consultation, only I was in bournout at the time. Edmond has always been considerate of that - and being a time-constrained mom. At the same time, he is able to motivate me to "Do it now!" simply and eays for me via WhatsApp.

In general, communication with him and his team runs smoothly: fast, uncomplicated and always with a positive "We'll get it done". And he's right, in places where I would have given up long ago, where I don't have time to learn the ropes (like Facebook's wide world of algorithms, settings pages, rules, etc.), Edmond is a tireless help: even on a holiday, he got on the customer hotline to help me. My name is Michael Rüttger and I have been self-employed for almost 30 years and with my agency Rüttger Mediendesign I have been offering professional video shoots, print and non-print for many years. Edmond Rätzel works professionally and shows photographers and filmmakers how to really generate leads and subsequently win them as clients even with standardized processes. I am a customer with my company since November 2021 with Edmond Rätzel & am very enthusiastic about him and his team. Our expectations have been more than met. His target groups are not only filmmakers & photographers, but also companies in this industry.... - first of all I must say that Edmond and his agency was our third point of contact. We had previously dealt with two other providers of this kind, which were specialized in advertising / online sales, but not like Edmond, among other things, still on the all-round support and even assistance with telephone sales (initial conversation & consultation, etc).
First how it all started: I myself have been a filmmaker for over 12 years and over the years I have not only been able to win some customers and major clients, but also built up staff. Then in 2020 came the pandemic, which hit us hard. My employees had to go on short-time work, the orders went down the drain. Back then, before Corona, we only lived on recommendation ... which today, in retrospect, was the absolute mistake. In 2020, I hired the first agency that specialized in customer acquisition in the film & photo sector. I was given the first tools to advertise on Linkedin, for example. That helped me, but the income wasn't that huge and just covered the costs I put into the agency. It really didn't do much for me. The next attempt at the end of 2020 also promised me targeted customer acquisition also through advertising. I generated a few leads but hardly anyone really became a customer. I didn't know why at the time, because according to the agency, the leads were there, but whether they would become customers or not would ultimately depend on me. But I was not helped here.
I tried everything to get back on track. Orders came in here and there from time to time, but they didn't even begin to reach the volume of 2019. Finally, there was also a reduction in staff.
At the end of 2021, I thought to myself all good things come in threes and I'd give the cooperation with Edmond Rätzel + Team a try. From the beginning I had a good feeling about the cooperation, because I was not only assured of the necessary tools for lead generation, but also the necessary know-how to turn them into customers. This is exactly what I was missing with the other two agencies. That was exactly the problem: turning leads into new customers. Through Edmond and Anja I learned to conduct sales calls properly (these were always analyzed and corrected). This was the decisive key for us / for me as an entrepreneur for the acquisition of new customers. Edmond helped me set up my digital marketing. It wasn't just about online marketing, but first of all about understanding my target group and getting to grips with my ideal customers.

Until I had my first customer, I invested time in the things I had neglected the years before. Building my own sales structure that was also capable of handling a high volume of customer inquiries. With Edmond's support, I was able to do in two months what I hadn't been able to do the 7 years before: follow a purposeful direction and do the right things.

Photography is fun. Tinkering with the website is fun, too. Fiddling around in Lightroom and Photoshop is fun too, but that just doesn't put money in the coffers. And that's where Edmond comes in. I met Edmond on LinkedIn, however I have seen several ads from him on YouTube. He immediately recommended an interview with Paul, which came out a few days later. There I learned about his book and ordered it at the same time as watching the video.

Since no cooperation with Edmond took place - well, not yet - I can "only" praise his book.

The book itself is loosely written, there are many pictures in it for better digestion. The content is also very well structured. His career, his "struggle" and his experiences and of course his process how he achieved all this or how he can support others through it.

Of course, if you want to go deep and are interested, you have to contact Edmond and his team. However, already in the book such important topics are addressed, such as leads, CRM, acquisition, feedbacks etc.. You can already take away quite a bit.

Highly recommended. (I would buy again :))

As a wedding photographer, I have always been looking for clients who not only know how to award my work, but can also honor it and you have a full calendar as a service provider. Even at the beginning of a photographer's career, you quickly realize that even if you make the most beautiful photos. The customers do not come to you on their own!

Therefore, I was since then on the search, for just this solution. For a long time I didn't want to know about marketing, sales and online presence. Because I only relied on my photographic skills and hoped that one day it would all change. (At some point they all come to me)

Sooner or later I did come across the marketing topic which was dumb at first. I bought several online courses and learned. My knowledge base kept expanding. But the more I learned, the more questions and chaos came along. Somehow, the structure was just missing, a fixed, regular and routine process! The knowledge was there and I also hoped that it was the right knowledge. So useful for ME and MY case!

One day, I remember back in April 2019 I still stumbled upon Edmond his advertising. And in September 2019, I wanted to contact him for the first time or to sign up for the initial consultation. But somehow, for whatever reason, I didn't dare. I had the feeling that I may not have been ready or something like that.

In January 2020, I dared and signed up, listened to everything. Was very enthusiastic and motivated, but still I had the thought that I could do it myself alone!
