We had ordered a new PV system including battery with German-Swiss product components. The manufacturers were new to Strasbourg (RCT Power and Meyer-Burger). Everything was installed to our complete satisfaction. All problems that arose were solved. After initial problems, the system is running perfectly and exceeds our expectations! Very nice! We have become independent of external power to a high degree! That can only be a good thing! - We would like to thank Straßburg very much!

We received very competent advice from Mr. Böhm. The PV system was installed quickly and, above all, properly. Thanks again to Mr. Sobotik, who was always easy to reach and was always on hand with his expertise. I also have nothing but praise for the fitters. Absolutely clean and high-quality work. Our system has been producing solar power for 2 months. Our experience with Straßburg was very positive.
Consultation: as we were already very well informed, the consultant did not impose himself, only asked for a few key data and the next day the offer was in the mailbox. It was very, very attractive and better than we had previously received from some (also very large) companies.
Implementation: when the weather finally allowed it this winter, the project was implemented in 3 stages. First delivery of the modules, then work on the roof and after a few days the rest of the installation in the house. The employees were very friendly and seemed very competent, and always kept the construction site clean and tidy. In addition to telephone calls, a WhatsApp chat was set up for communication so that we could post our questions and concerns. They responded very promptly. The project manager kept an eye on everything and was quickly available.
Support: after installation, there were problems with a certain charging mode. They worked on it quickly and found a solution.
Product: the overall solution from Sungrow, including the inverter, storage system, wallbox and app, otherwise works perfectly. Although we have no comparisons with other companies, we can rate the manufacturer as very good.
We are very happy to have worked with the regional company Straßburg and can recommend them without reservation

Our PV system was commissioned yesterday. We have been very satisfied so far. Now we have to wait until the snow has cleared from the modules and the sun is shining. Everything went very well and we can recommend Strasbourg without hesitation.

We opted for a photovoltaic system with Sungrow storage, and the experience I had was excellent. From the planning to the finished system, I was in good hands - you could tell that everyone involved had absolute expertise and experience.

As a customer, I always had the feeling that I was part of the project and was involved in all questions.

It took just over 3 months (!) from the confirmation of the offer to the acceptance of our photovoltaic system with storage by the energy supplier.
Despite being carried out during the cold season (and 2 postponements of the module installation due to the weather), we were able to commission the system before the turn of the year.

A solution was found in the shortest possible time for structural challenges on site and even a minor "cosmetic repair" which we noticed approx. 1 week after handover of the system was completed immediately the next day by the dedicated fitters.
