The management at the Holzkirchen branch was extremely unfriendly; they seemed very annoyed and gave the impression that, as a customer, you were wrong about everything and had misunderstood everything… Unbelievable!!
A different arrangement was made verbally.
Lessons are taken as needed/based on school workload. A rough schedule was drawn up at the beginning, but the parents pointed out several times that the number of lessons was only a guideline. However, by the end of the term, they no longer seemed to remember this.
On the phone, they then insinuated that we, as customers, had misunderstood something.
Emails requesting a callback felt like they were ignored.
Hence, great disappointment.
The only bright spot:
The tutor, Ms. Dallinger, comes highly recommended.
