I ordered a beautiful iron-on picture. Quality of the stones and expressiveness of the image are 1a. Unfortunately, I lost 2 stones when readjusting the image. After describing my problem, I immediately received replacement stones. That is then really times a great customer service, thank you!
I have been ordering our horse logo from Adelshofer-Strass for a long time and I am thrilled every time with the finish and great customer service. There are umpteen variations of colors and sizes of creation and the rhinestone iron-on logos last a very long time on the shirts/jackets, etc.
