Overcoming My Fear of Traveling

I came to see Ms. Battenberg because I experienced severe anxiety and, at times, panic attacks whenever I had to travel by car or train for a few days.

After just two Wingwave sessions, many of my deep-seated fears—both psychological and physical—had eased and changed significantly.

I recently booked a trip. In the days leading up to it, I was surprisingly calm, slept very well the night before departure, and was actually looking forward to the trip.
And the best part: I went on the trip and was able to enjoy it immensely.

For me, this was a huge personal step and a wonderful feeling to have overcome this fear. I’ve regained a significant part of my quality of life.
I’m very grateful to Ms. Battenberg for her empathetic and effective support.

I hadn’t flown for over 10 years due to my fear of flying, so my anxiety and stress were understandably high in the run-up to an upcoming vacation that involved four flights. I found Ms. Battenberg’s support to be extremely professional, empathetic, and effective. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first about whether and to what extent this kind of support would actually help me. That made the result all the more surprising and impressive to me. In the past, my anxiety often began days before the flight and steadily increased. This time, however, I experienced the entire trip completely free of anxiety. I couldn’t have imagined that beforehand, and it left a lasting impression on me. Thanks to Ms. Battenberg’s empathetic and competent guidance, I was able to have a completely new experience and overcome my fear of flying. I am very grateful for this and, based on my personal experience, can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Battenberg.

I always felt valued and in good hands, which created a strong and trusting basis. Ms. Battenberg always responded to my issues according to the situation, discussed possible starting points with me, but always left it up to me to decide what to work on. We worked out the content together.
