Mr. Goergen was assigned to us as a broker for the purchase of both properties and helped us a lot to implement the purchase decision.
Mr. Sacher was also very helpful in dealing with negotiations.
When selling house complexes like the Zipflwiese, more presence on site would be an advantage.

During the appraisal by an external company, some defects were overlooked, which could have saved later discussions.
