40 years of smoking - you can't just wipe that away like a stain on your vest. Some people manage it on their own. I decided to get help. Since I have tried almost everything else, hypnosis was the only option left. Alptekin was recommended to me by a friend. The first contact went great and left me with a good impression. Especially because Alptekin clears up so many clichés and prejudices right from the start. His method is so good that the hypnosis at the end is actually "only accessory". By then he has cleared up so much of my history that you actually want to stop before you get there. Alptekin is an experienced coach who does a good job of picking you up and taking you on the journey. And - this is the most important thing - it worked. I'm not out of the woods yet - I'm sure it'll take time - but Alptekin made the journey very easy. Only one thing must be clear: Alptekin can't do magic - you have to want to do it yourself. But then with the help of Alptekin and you almost get a guarantee of success. I also had reservations, but they are completely gone. I can recommend hypnosis as a method for quitting smoking. And that with the help of Alptekin. I can recommend him as a coach in general.

Panic attacks suddenly became present in my life again!

I went to Alptekin because I had tingling feet in quiet moments, for example when falling asleep. Also known as Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). I actually already had this on a daily basis and also during the day and it got worse over time.I now had to take care of it.

I met Alptekin himself at a lecture and he immediately appealed to me with his experience.

A lot has happened since our 10 sessions.
Before, I was dealing with my feet every day. Now maybe once or twice a week, if that. And also in such a way that I can usually accept it well.

The nice thing about Alptekin is that he explains the processes in an understandable way, shows connections and also works on current issues.
And he does it all with his open, warm and direct manner, without beating around the bush.

After a session with Alptekin I always felt full of energy and the meditations tailored to one's needs are also given afterwards.So I was able to continue even after that.

My quality of life has increased significantly. For example, I can concentrate better on my daughter when I put her to bed than being annoyed by my feet.
I have learned a new way to communicate with my subconscious and a way to use the pen to increase my self-confidence even more. This is still with me now (2 months later).

I went to Alp because I was not doing well to myself. I was in a situation of self-reproach, with my thoughts again taking on depressive features. I was made aware of Alp's work through my parents, as they were already working with him and they saw this as an opportunity for me. With Alp's help, I learned a lot about myself. He has given me new ways of looking at certain areas in life and my thoughts through hypnosis and conversations. Through these approaches I understood a lot about myself and was able to shed old thought patterns. In just 3 months we managed to make great progress for me. Alp adapts to the respective situation and creates a basis of trust through his open manner, in which it is very good to work together.
