I am more than grateful to André. As the owner with 53 employees, I had some challenges. André managed to take me out of the wheel of time and build something new with me. It took a lot of personal work and empowering my managers, who are now also taking on leadership roles. We also had a workshop with the team to consolidate the work and establish communication. The feedback is very good and we are implementing it. Conclusion: I have more freedom, management has been trained and the company culture has improved. Turnover is right.

I really liked the overall package. The personal support from André and the opportunity to benefit from other entrepreneurs. His Academy is very strong, where you get a picture of every situation and, above all, make progress in your own empowerment. We booked a team coaching as well as a 1:1 coaching, both were very convincing!
The coaching helps the team to reflect on themselves as well as anyone who wants to develop themselves a little further! Leadership courses are good, but using them correctly with a coach helps enormously.

When I started with André, I was still cautiously optimistic, but that quickly changed.
He accompanied me very professionally. I was able to save a lot of time and finally find more peace within myself again.
My team quickly realized that things were changing for the better. Receiving recognition was also an important part of this.
Today I can say that I have not only gained leadership strength, but that I feel good as a person again. We built new processes in the business and consciously implemented leadership in line with André's Academy. André's Academy is another strong building block. It gives me immediate access to leadership components and documentation in my day-to-day work. Thank you André!

I am excessively obliged to find André as a coach. The word “COACH” has really a unique and deep-seated meaning by him. He is in one person not only a tutor, but also a good psychologist, a trusty and a supportive friend. With the help of his professionalism, uniqueness & talent, I explored absolute new ways of thinking and understand myself and the surrounding world, with much more CONSCIOUSNESS.

He is an active listener, very supportive, has a positive mindset, really focused and goal-oriented and with his accurate, pinpointed questions brings me into different levels of observing and into action& implementation as well.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your efforts and all the knowledge you have given me so far. You have shown me that the most important thing is to understand yourself and to be able to understand and accept your own behavior. In the beginning I didn't always see the point, because I imagined a couch that kicks you in the ``butt`` every day. I was able to bring real change to my team for the first time. I was also able to resolve stressful moments that I had experienced myself. What happened as a result is incredible. I go to work with a high level of confidence, now lead my team with an accepted feedback culture and achieve better results.
