Andrea Maria Bokler has dedicated herself to the topic of "VALUES" in a positive sense for many years.

You can feel that when you read it!
In her article, she very clearly explains the importance of thorough and well thought-out values work for managers and organizations.

The pragmatic recommendations for action are another plus point.
They are formulated in such a way that the reader wants to get started right away...

Two aspects that I would like to emphasize:

(1) Personal development remains key.
The importance of knowing your own values as a manager & the significance for your impact in the organization and on others.

(2) Reduce cultural entropy and cultural disorder!
Of course: "a matter for the boss" AND also a matter for everyone.
In addition to defining what our guiding values should be, it is important to uncover the limiting beliefs and habits.

Andrea Maria to me is a proven expert on all matters of organizational culture and its transformation. She rightly points out the importance of the role modeling factor of leaders in the change and manifestation of corporate culture. Without leaders demonstrating the importance of values and living them themselves, a value based culture will never really manifest itself. I have seen many culture transformation initiatives. Andrea Maria focuses on values and the Barrett approach that analysis what people do personally value and what they do observe in the organization. That is the basis for any intervention that Andrea Maria does suggest and provide - based on a thorough analysis. Years of experience have made her an expert on cultural and value based matters for individuals, teams and organizations.
