We have experienced a great consultation with expertise, patience and customer focus. The stairs and fall protection were adapted to personal needs and circumstances. Suggestions for the design were introduced by the consultants proactively, but not obtrusively. The installation was also professional and reliable. As a result, the staircase fits the style and look of the house, is an "eye-catcher". Qualitatively, it makes a very good impression.

Recommendation
Thank you very much for the installation of a new staircase. After detailed consultation with Mr. Mausbach, our old harp staircase was dismantled and replaced with a new cantilever staircase. The wooden staircase is beautiful to look at and of high quality. We are happy about the new stairs every day and thank the whole team for planning, implementation and installation. We would recommend the company Arcus - Stairs at any time!

Recommendation
We needed a space-saving staircase to the attic. Arcus Stairs gave us the best advice. First, Mrs. Müllermeister came to us and made an overview of the existing conditions. Then an appointment was made in the stair studio, where we could look at the various options on site. From planning to installation, everything was perfect and we are glad that we came across Arcus Stairs through the recommendation of a friend.

Recommendation
The entire phases of planning and implementation were characterized by open, binding and technically very competent communication. Since the installation of a staircase is not carried out regularly as a private person, all steps and activities could be easily understood. In advance, the contact person was always in the picture and the installation took place very quickly, on time as previously agreed and totally clean without any complications. We are totally thrilled with the staircase and therefore very happy to award 5 stars.

In our project, an existing staircase was removed, replaced with construction stairs, and after some time a new staircase was installed.

We are very satisfied with the staircase removal, the craftsmen have done great, careful work and left a clean "construction site".

During the installation was a different team, which also left a very professional impression. The craftsmen have done great, impressive work. Especially the individual adaptation to the circumstances and thinking along have impressed us positively.

On the whole, we are very satisfied with the result.
