I recently had a RTT session with Arlena.
While I was still a little reluctant I was at the same time very open to the idea. Arlena explained the process and session to me (before and after with a follow up), I then felt very at ease and that could be the reason why the entire session was so easy. I felt I was talking to an old friend and had absolutely no issues in opening my heart to her. Arlena was very sweet while at the same time extremely professional.
