I was very satisfied with the customer service on the phone. The very nice lady took all my wishes into account when I placed my order. Even the side cabinet, which was not a standard size, fits exactly in the corner. Everything was perfect and very good quality. I was able to pay for everything by invoice after delivery. Perhaps I could criticize the fact that after more than a week, I still have no confirmation of payment from Badselect.
Top service, top advice, just one small suggestion for improvement. How to adjust the angle of the front is not so well explained in the instructions, or rather I didn't find this mechanism. Very high quality, super workmanship. Gladly again.
Ordering was simple and straightforward. The delivery felt faster than expected. The time frame was met in full. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the wardrobe yet, as it won't be assembled for another 2 to 3 weeks.
