Nothing can replace genuine, long-standing experience in banking and "on the other, independent side," as well as good contacts in the industry. Ms. Hermann from BFS achieved the maximum possible for me, and I am more than satisfied with the result. The financial leeway achieved with her help has really paid off, and I would use her services again anytime. My conclusion: highly recommended.

I needed financing for the purchase of a property. Both my house bank and my commercial bank did not want to take on the financing. After Ms. Herrmann from Berlin.Finance.Solutions, to whom I was referred by a personal recommendation, looked into my project and briefly examined the documents, she was confident that she could find suitable financing.
Thanks to her good network, this happened in less than a week. A well-known bank gave me a substantial loan.
What impressed me even more was the incredibly good and fast communication as well as the expertise that Ms. Herrmann competently puts into practice. She was (and is!) also available to me for specialist questions that go beyond the loan.
I would consult her at any time for similar matters and can recommend her and BFS without reservation and only warmly!
