Advice, contact and customer service were very good. The parquet is very beautiful and came on the desired date. Small discrepancies in the delivery could be quickly resolved, exchange of the moldings (on goodwill) was self-evident. We were very satisfied!

Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed due to the current situation, but we also had a very small quantity, so you like to slip back. The colleague in Frankfurt, however, has been very committed and so everything worked out well, even if we had to plan neatly a few weeks behind. The parquet is wonderful and the oiling has also worked well, it all looks very good after we have laid it.

Even though the quality of the parquet delivered unfortunately did not meet expectations, I would like to highlight the customer service of Boden+Gut OHG. The contact with Ms. Heim, who proactively contacted me in response to my initial assessment, was consistently friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. Thus, Ms. Heim discussed with the managing director and I received a credit note. This is how customer orientation works!

An excellent product, the goods were packed 1A and delivered by the carrier to complete satisfaction. We have chosen WPC boards and installed them on the balcony itself.
The WPC planks are super easy to install, if questions of any kind arise, employees are immediately available by phone and give competent information. Many thanks also especially to the nice employee from the technical information. We have the floor now a more than half a year and
are very satisfied. We recommend the product and the complete service, from ordering to installation in any case. Price-performance ratio, advice 10 stars.
