I've trained with Philipp in Barnabitengasse 5 times so far (including a trial session) and can already say that not only do I feel fitter now, but my overall mobility has also improved considerably thanks to the stronger muscles. I'm also thrilled that I've already made quite a lot of progress with my very poor sense of balance in this short time. I am female, 61.5 years old and can only recommend EMS training (with Philipp :-) ).
