unfortunately the fan arrived much later than promised...the communication about it then unfortunately only ran via Amazon with the help program... Ordering directly via the Buschek homepage worked better...., fortunately the part still arrived...

The tambour door meets my expectations.
Unfortunately, the flap arrived totally bent.
Two things came together: 1. inadequate packaging and 2. the GLS parcel service that banged the parcel on my stairs and was gone before I had even opened the front door.
I called Buschek twice, unfortunately each time there was only someone on the phone who couldn't help me.
My request to call me back was not honored.
If I order something again, I would try to pick it up directly.

My experience with Buscheck Lufttechnik was extremely positive. My technical problem was dealt with immediately, they contacted the manufacturer of the defective servomotor on my behalf and were able to provide me with a suitable modern alternative motor on the same day. Everything was great, very friendly, competent contact - thank you for that!
