That’s exactly where I come in: with a quick, confidential framework that creates clarity and restores your team’s ability to act—before tensions turn into an open, costly conflict. An escalated team conflict can realistically cost a medium-sized company over €50,000—due to resignations, hiring replacements, and lost productivity. My support is the more cost-effective solution.
Three tools are available for this purpose: facilitated discussions for important decisions, mediation for escalated conflicts, and regular team reviews that resolve tensions before they erupt openly. In addition: training in conflict management, communication, and intercultural collaboration.
My role in this process: a neutral mediator who handles your concerns confidentially—certified under the German Mediation Act as well as by BM, BAFM, and QVM, and additionally a supervisor (Steinbeis Academy) and trainer (IHK). Since 2016, I have been supporting change processes in companies, government agencies, and universities.
For internationally diverse teams, I bring my own intercultural experience to the table: I studied Japanese Studies/Regional Studies in Bonn, spent six years in Japan, and am a listed mediator at the Japan International Mediation Center (JIMC) in Kyoto. Through the “Singapore Desk” with PracticeForte Pte. Ltd., I am also connected to a bridge between Germany and Singapore for cross-border mediation.
For small and medium-sized businesses, in addition to individual assignments, I offer an annual program: a kick-off workshop, regular team reviews, and a flexible hourly allowance for urgent situations. This provides you with a dedicated point of contact for conflicts and communication—instead of costly escalation in the event of a crisis.
