The book "GEDANKENHYGIENE" by Christine Carus is a wonderful book with many valuable approaches and nudges that often made me think about myself and my thoughts.
With the methods from "The Work" I managed to dissolve a big block in my heart. Thank you for that!
Your impulse stories touched me deeply. Reading them gave me goose bumps and there is so much meaning and wisdom in them. And I realized once again how much power words have, whether spoken to me or to others, and how important it is to keep my thoughts clean, because "talking is thinking out loud".
Thank you, dear Christine, for this important book.
I will certainly read it several more times for inspiration.
My personal recommendation for further reading after this book: "The Work" by Byron Katie and/or "Check your Life" by Daniel Hoch.

She immediately created a great atmosphere that I had the feeling to be among friends. I also found her manner very good and above all captivating. So it was no problem at all to follow the two days concentrated. Very happy to do it again!
