We met Christopher for the first time around February or March. I can't remember exactly how we found his contact (now I'd say we were just lucky, haha!). We then had a video meeting and spoke to each other for a good hour. He explained everything to us in great detail and patiently, point by point. We are very grateful to Christopher for that!

We then had a few more short conversations about various financial topics. Here too, he explained everything very well and gave us valuable recommendations.

In our very first video call, he told us that buying a property is a long process. In most cases, it's not easy to find the right property within 1-2 months. He said that our search could take six months - and that's exactly how it was for us.

During this time, we continued to look for properties. Finally, in October (after more than half a year), we found a suitable property. When it came to financing, we immediately thought of Christopher again. (But the most important thing was that he hadn't forgotten about us in the meantime, haha!)

He had given us valuable advice and different ways of thinking about buying real estate. We also got a strong sense of trust from him. Maybe that's why we had such a positive impression of him.
