As a foreigner in Germany, who wished to buy an apartment in Germany, I couldn't find a financing solution with some consultants. Their plain answer was that the banks don't support fixed-term work contracts and resident permits. Some banks did offer financing solutions but charged extremely high-interest rates.
Then I stumbled upon Chris in an online search and he gave the assurance that it is possible and with competitive interest rates. We worked together, found a feasible financing solution and I successfully bought an apartment. I had a pleasant experience working with him as he is easily approachable and kind. His experience in negotiating on behalf of foreigners is unparalleled. He also provides consultancy in English which helps understand complex German words.

I would recommend him to anyone (especially foreigners) feeling overwhelmed in the process of buying a property and organizing a financial partner. Thank you Chris!

As a foreigner who speaks only basic German and wants to buy a property for the first time in Germany, I am really lucky that I met Chris and had him as my financial consultant to stay by my side and help me out with everything little things. He speaks perfect English and is of course very competent and, most importantly, easy to talk to. He understands the worries and concerns people like me might have and is always willing to listen and help, which I think is one of the most important things for being a consultant.

I tried to consult with a very famous and big financial consulting company. But the consultant there was just too busy to even to talk to us. It is not even easy to reach the consultant in such a big company if I didn’t book an appointment beforehand. In contrast, when I worked with Chris, I could reach him easily and even have a short Telefone call with him spontaneous when his schedule allows. He is always willing to try out every possibilities we have to solve out the problems for us. When there is anything he is not sure about, he is willing to do all the research for us.

Based on our great working experience with Chris, Mr. Christopher Helmert , we would highly recommend him to any one who needs a financial consultant.

I can only use superlatives as a recommendation: After inquiry came immediately a response with a first meeting appointment within 24 hours. First suitable (!) financing offers directly on the same day. During the processing time of the banks Mr. Helmert was probably in constant contact with them and clarified all arising questions from them immediately. After approval of the loan, Mr. Helmert on his own initiative (sic!) and although his work was actually done, once again renegotiated the interest conditions with the bank. This saved us a 5-digit amount over the term of the loan. Summary: In my opinion, it does not get any better than this, clear recommendations.

Finding a good real estate financing is very often not easy. Mr. Helmert helped us through his excellent contacts to find the best offer and gave us an overview of our options. We were especially positive that he helped in the discussions with the realtor and the seller to make the project successful, we did not expect that. Thank you for everything - gladly again!
