Dahler Immobilien in Dresden was recommended to me via Immoscout.
That really was a very good recommendation! It only took a few weeks from the first contact to the sale of my property. The "aftercare" following the sale was also very important to me.
This good cooperation then prompted me to sell another property in Schleswig-Holstein through Dahler Immobilien. This sale also went exactly the same way as the one described above.

First of all: I think it is fundamentally questionable to calculate the brokerage fee as a percentage of the purchase price.

The entire sales process was handled extremely professionally and very comprehensibly for us. For us, this also includes the frequent interim information, which we found very helpful.
We would also like to emphasize the amiable manner in dealing with the seller and interested parties.
Our special thanks go to Mrs. Liebel, who organized and accompanied everything perfectly.

We got to know various Dahler employees. In all cases, we have had the best experiences: all of them were reliable (with one minor exception), very courteous, accommodating and helpful both to us as landlords and to the customers. They have taken a lot of work, effort and worry off our hands and have a deep knowledge of the subject matter, which has often helped us a lot in terms of advice. We can only recommend Dahler without reservation.

We found a house in Kleinmachnow through DAHLER. The viewings were organized by DAHLER at short notice and even spontaneous appointments before departure could be arranged. DAHLER's estate agents were able to answer all our questions during the viewings. Mr. Dembowski in particular was able to surpass even the owners with his detailed knowledge of the property. The decision-making process was clearly communicated and lived. At no time did you have the feeling of being "talked at". The digital data room contained all the relevant data, including all drawings, current official inquiries and land register extracts. The 3D VR model of the entire house was so well recorded that it was possible to measure to an accuracy of 1-2 centimeters for further planning. Mr. Dembowski continued to support us with any unanswered questions after completion and even drove to the building authority to obtain documents. Great.
