Begleitet uns seit über zwei Jahren auf strategischer IT-Ebene. Wir sind ein Klinikverbund an mehreren Standorten in Süddeutschland. Unsere dezentrale IT wurde durch Herrn Conta erfolgreich gebündelt, kanalisiert und auf die neue Herausforderungen ausgerichtet. Kontinuierlich verabschieden wir uns von alten Intranet-Strukturen und überführen diese in moderne Informationssysteme. Durch Herrn Conta haben wir in diesem Zuge viel gelernt und auch den Lean-Health Ansatz in unserer Verwaltung erprobt.
Wir freuen uns die Arbeit mit Herrn Conta fortzusetzen und haben Ihn als feste Größe auf strategischer Ebene eingeplant. Wir schätzen besonders seine Unabhängigkeit zu großen IT-Anbietern die eine Beratung in unserem Interesse garantiert. Wir empfehlen eine Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Management von Informationssystemen, agile digitale Kollaboration im Krankenhaus sowie die strukturierte Erfassung von Arbeitsabläufen und die Überführung in Prozesse auf digitaler Ebene.
