Poor
I would *not* recommend Mr. Denkstein to anyone. He is extremely unfriendly, has no manners, has no idea what he's doing, cannot remember anything (including names, addresses, etc), and I don't know what his job is exactly, but you basically have to pay him wayyyyy too much money for him to simply exist. He does literally nothing. Very disappointed.

"To whom it may concern":

As the client for the sale of 2 garconniers in Salzburg, Mr. Denkstein personally advised me in the best possible way and initiated all necessary steps for successful conclusion of the contract.
This was very important for me, as we live in Zurich and the matter had been further complicated by a death in our family and the resulting necessary changes in the sellers. Even during the time of the necessary contract adjustments, Mr. Denkstein was always helpful and a patient partner in dealing with the local notary's office he suggested.
I can highly recommend Mr. Denkstein for real estate transactions in the city of Salzburg.
