I have been struggling with my past for a very long time. Since the session with Sabrina I have become lighter in my thinking. Much of what limited me before has almost disappeared. I am so grateful for this experience. The talks, the preparation, the help afterwards, the premises and especially Sabrina are so highly recommended.

The practice is super nice and brightly decorated and furnished with great attention to detail!
Effort / advice: So here I would like to give many more stars, if that's possible! Sabrina takes an incredible amount of time and that from the first phone call. You can tell how much she burns for her vocation and that spills over naturally.

If you are looking for professional support on your path of healing, Sabrina is the right person for you! I found myself at a point where I could not go on alone. Sabrina loves and lives her calling and takes an incredible amount of time. No question remained unanswered and in the great conversations (including very good tips) I forgot everything around me. I felt from the beginning very well taken care of and also in the practice I felt pudelwohl. :) Sabrina is a warm person with an exceptionally pleasant voice that makes your audios a pleasure to listen to. Best decision! Was with Ms. Battermann because of fear of presentations and social anxiety and we worked 2x with RTT hypnosis. Right after the hypnoses I immediately felt lighter and more confident. This actually improved greatly with listening to my personal hypnosis audio at home for several weeks. My nervousness before meetings and presentations is now down to what I would say is a natural minimum three months after the sessions and I definitely feel more confident in social situations. No more sweating, heart palpitations or otherwise feeling uncomfortable and insecure. I like to listen to my hypnosis audios every now and then because they relax me and I notice that every time afterwards I am somehow strengthened inside.
Therapy in short: clearly structured, very good preparation and follow-up of the sessions with pre-talk, audios, videos and you notice that Ms. Battermann knows what she is talking about and what she is doing. I have been dealing with problems falling asleep and staying asleep for several years. This has gotten worse and worse, so that I only get 3-4 hours of sleep per night. I had heard about hypnosis in this context, but didn't really believe in it. All other possibilities of sleeping pills, herbal remedies, autogenic training etc. I had already tested and they didn't help. Then I also found Sabrina's site through positive Google reviews and contacted her. She made it very easy for me from the beginning, with her open, empathic manner. We had a preliminary conversation, I was given audios to prepare for the hypnosis and there was a follow-up conversation. I remember the hypnosis as very pleasant, the premises are great.... I always have a restlessness inside me, but the two hours flew by. I was aware of everything, I was not somehow "out of it" and I was positively surprised by the result. My restlessness before sleep is gone, which I myself still do not fully understand?! Through my own hypnosis audio file, my sleep has also improved a lot. It's not like I sleep 8 hours a day overnight, a lot also depends on the individual days and how exciting they were for me. But it has definitely improved significantly for me !!! I am very grateful to Sabrina for this experience!

I felt very well taken care of and understood from the first moment. The support throughout the entire treatment period is very professional and one can address many things where there may still be or were uncertainties after the hypnosis. First of all, I would like to mention that I was always rather skeptical about hypnosis because of hocus pocus and so on and rather smiled at it. On the recommendation of a good friend I tried it but then and my brain can somehow still not quite understand that it actually works. My problems are gone since then as if they had never existed. I am so glad that I booked a hypnosis coaching with Sabrina after a long back and forth. Especially since I already had therapy elsewhere and also (unfortunately unpleasant) hypnosis experience, I was really flabbergasted how blatantly profound this hypnosis with Sabrina was. I went to Sabrina because of a lack of self-esteem that I felt had always existed, as a last attempt, so to speak, because I had simply worked on it so much in the past decades and had almost given up hope. And only now I feel more self-confident, I am more courageous, more open and I don't worry so much about what others say, which was actually the worst thing for me - to constantly check my behavior to see if I am doing everything right. I have become much more relaxed and have already received corresponding feedback from my husband and friends :-D Of course I realize that it is a longer process, but I am already really happy about the new feeling towards myself and am deeply grateful to Sabrina for it! The coaching included a preliminary conversation via video, a hypnosis session in the office and a follow-up conversation via phone. I was especially helped after my hypnosis by my personal hypnosis audio to continue to program in my new beliefs at home. Just pressing play every day - that was easy and a real relief for me, because I hardly have time and energy in my everyday life to do exhausting therapy tasks like I often had to do in other therapies. I had also received audios and videos from Sabrina in advance of the preliminary consultation and as preparation for the hypnosis, so I felt well prepared and was able to quickly gain trust in her when I then came to the appointment in the practice. She then removed the rest of my fears with understanding before we did the hypnosis. I generally felt very well taken care of and in competent hands with her and can really recommend it to anyone! She is an expert and very empathetic - especially when unpleasant situations came up for me during hypnosis, she guided me safely through it and helped me to understand and re-evaluate what had happened. With Mrs. Battermann's hypnosis for smoking cessation, I have now actually managed to finally and definitively leave smoking behind me.

Although I was open to the topic of hypnosis, I also had slight doubts whether it would really succeed. To be honest, I am thrilled. For me, the hypnosis session solved the deeper cause why I had started smoking again and again, so that from that day on I no longer had any desire to smoke.

I had a hypnosis session with the wonderful Sabrina on a very intimate and sensitive subject with which I felt wonderfully taken care of and allowed to heal on many levels and still will. Thank you thank you!!!

After smoking (with great pleasure) for over 25 years, I thought it was time to quit last year. I managed to quit for ten weeks - then I fell off the wagon due to the combination of Christmas stress, coffee and my husband's cigarettes in front of me.
When the request to testimonial came, my husband made the suggestion to apply for the program. I have always rather smiled at hypnosis, but if my husband would quit together with me like that, why not....
Then came the acceptance, and I immediately started chain smoking and found a thousand reasons why now is not the right time to stop smoking. But after the access code arrived and I took an evening to "read through" the program, I felt better: I was surprised by the additional material, found the whole course coherently structured and was happy not only to have to "passively" quit smoking, but also to be able to "actively" do something.
Five days later I listened to the first hypnosis session, but without the intention of quitting smoking directly. This was because I had five night shifts ahead of me and didn't want to suffer any withdrawal symptoms. But obviously hypnosis really does something to you, because on the day in question at 12 o'clock sharp I smoked my last cigarette. That's now 1776 cigarettes (and 592 Euros saved) & exactly 7 weeks ago, and I intend to stay on the ball.
I have listened to all the tools and hypnoses that come with the course (if possible as recommended). Sabrina's voice has an incredibly calming effect on me, her instructions are easy to follow and together with the background music I always relax very quickly. Most of the time I even drift off completely.
Since I work in nursing, I don't always have time or energy to listen to the suggestion hypnosis due to changing shifts. I then replace this with the "Positive Power Session" which works great.
So this course is an all-around carefree package: with preparation, the actual hypnoses, and the option of a quick refresher in between, so to speak. And unlike my attempt last year, I'm now actually only concerned with the positive consequences of not smoking anymore. This is exactly why I would recommend the course to anyone who would like to quit smoking!

Finally quit smoking. How many times in my almost 20 years as a smoker have I had this thought in my head, and yet I have always rejected it and ultimately never tried. It was too difficult for me to overcome and fight the craving. Then I got through friends the recommendation to the smokeEX program of Sabrina and suggested my wife to try it together. Hypnosis? Is this the right thing for us? My wife was quickly convinced, since she already had experience with audio coaching. I was skeptical about hypnosis as such, but after talking to my wife, I gave it a try. What did I have to lose. Finally being able to run and do sports without breathing problems and saving almost €400 a month and having it available for vacations and other great things sounded like a good deal to me.
When finally the contents of the Non-Smoking 2.0 course were unlocked for me and I had looked at everything I was convinced that I can do it. Sabrina had ensured with the clear and simple structuring, the workbook and the 10 point plan that I felt accompanied and taken care of. Also the Positive Power Session, which I could listen to in the car on the way to work, gave me daily strength to carry through my decision. It was the suggestion hypnosis in particular that finally ensured that I actually managed to stay smoke-free until today and I am absolutely sure that I will stay that way. With your calm and sensitive voice in my ear, it never took me more than a few seconds to fully enter a trance-like state. Admittedly, before the beginning of the course I had a somewhat antiquated idea of this "trance", formed by the well-known portrayal of hypnosis in movies and other media: will-less people completely under the control of the "hypnotist", executing all given commands without hesitation, no matter how embarrassing it would be for them in an awake state, for example. However, after the first session I realized that this idea was completely wrong and that I was in full control at all times, it was very easy for me to relax completely during the audio sessions. I can only recommend anyone who is still struggling with themselves to decide to participate in this or other of Sabrina's courses.

Dear Sabrina,

I participated in your online hypnosis course "smoke EX" in the month of October 2020.
Since I was 16 years old I have smoked, sometimes more and sometimes less.....which in recent years but rather less. At least I had already managed not to indulge in a cigarette directly after getting up, but only after work.
We don't have to talk about the fact that smoking is not healthy. For a long time I have actually thought about giving it up, but as it is always so with the inner pig dog.
In September I went to rehab in St Peter Ording and had already registered for the "How to become a non-smoker" group. But when I arrived there, this course was cancelled....
Then by chance (but maybe also by fate) I saw an ad for your online hypnosis course. At that moment I knew that I really wanted to do it with your help.
On 01.10.2020, the first pages for the online course were activated and I was already very excited about what to expect. Everything was very structured for me. Also your reminders not to do the second step before the first and maybe already listen to a program for a later time, were very good for me. Even though I am a very curious person by nature, I stuck to it. Always with the thought in mind to want to make it. For me, my health and also for one or the other life plan that is still to be fulfilled.
My favorite thing was to listen to the online sessions and the hypnoses in bed. There it is most comfortable and I can really switch off and relax. Your voice has something so sensitive but also certain that I always had the feeling you are sitting right next to me....
Now it is the end of November and what can I say.
I have made it and I am totally proud of myself and infinitely grateful to you that you have accompanied me on my way to NOT SMOKING!
At first I was afraid of meeting "smokers". But this was not confirmed at all, because from the first day on it really didn't bother me at all if my counterpart smokes. Most of them looked skeptical, of course, because they had known me for many years without a cigarette.
I actually had no side effects, only my hips have become delicately rounder (so far 1 kg). But if it stays like this, I can live with it very well.
I'm now putting away 80.00 euros every month (that's what I actually spent on cigarettes every month). I have many wishes, let's see which one I fulfill first. The main thing is to be healthy and happy!

Ms. Battermann can convince with a pleasant voice and a sympathetic appearance.
Especially the implementation of the audios could help me well to let go and relax. Even my dream behavior was influenced.
But ultimately, of course, it depends on each individual himself whether he can engage in such a course.
