We were absolutely delighted with the support, expertise and warmth. We were looked after by Lukas. He was quick, helpful and competent at all times. I would describe us as complicated and skeptical customers. However, we didn't have the feeling that Lukas perceived us as such, as he was constantly polite and absolutely helpful.
I can only judge the process from the introductory meeting to the visit to the notary, so I can't yet make any statement about the profitability of the property, but the support up to this point was absolutely top-notch.
Definitely a recommendation.

I had a great experience working with Die Kapitalanleger to buy my first apartment in Germany. As someone new to real estate here and coming from abroad, I was really grateful for their support and guidance throughout the process.

Lukas was my main contact and honestly, he made a huge difference. He took a lot of time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really helped me understand the whole investment process in Germany.

The service is super complete — they helped me find the property, get in touch with the bank, did a full cost and cash flow analysis, rental income calculation, and even handled communication with the many of the involved parts. Lukas also came with me to the notary and kept in touch the whole time, always ready to answer any follow-up questions.

For anyone looking to invest in German real estate — especially if you’re just getting started or coming from outside the country — I can highly recommend Die Kapitalanleger. Friendly, professional, and really there for you every step of the way.

I bought my first property from the investors. Of course, this raises many questions and advice is absolutely essential, as there are many ways to optimize the process. Lukas' concept convinced me and all agreements were kept. I particularly liked the conservative approach with a risk buffer and realistic assumptions. This creates trust.
